Relief, and the resurfacing of art

Wallpaper8

Last week, I was a full time worker for a very intense job.

This week, I am suddenly without a job.

Did you ever realize how dysfunctional a place or a relationship was only after you left it? That's how I feel. Like I can breathe differently again.

I don't know what comes next, but I will say that I went to my neglected sculpture studio yesterday and blew some dust of the surfaces, and my heart was glad. I have missed being a full-time artist every single day of the last 6 months. I have some ideas, and a possible collaboration brewing with a very rad shadow puppeteer. I am going to rock my online shop and hit the ground running in my Fishtown studio very soon. Stay tuned!

Baby steps first: I changed my wondercabinet shop banner today.
