Hello blogland. I took a year off or so from blogging. Yep. Baby, teaching jobs, etc. Crazyness and goodness.
And now, I am preparing for an exhibit of my sculptures, and getting back into the studio, which feels VERY good. I am also fundraising to cover some of the costs of this new burst of sculpture making activity, and part of that is offering YOU a chance to purchase art from me at a very sweet price.
My Specimen prints - the series of 12 beasts comprising a Beastiarium currently for sale on Etsy - are being offered for $20 a piece for December only. Scoop 'em up for the holidays! And if you want more than 3, email ([email protected]) or convo me - I'll give you even more of a discount! Plenty of time for shipping before Christmas.
Happy and healthy winter everyone, and Hannukah and Christmas and Kwanzaa and New Year...
Hey Amy, I'm a big fan of your work! Wanted to let you know that I recently featured you in my newest post: http://founditmadeit.blogspot.com/2011/01/will-work-for-books.html
And belated congrats on the new addition to your family! He's bee-yoo-ti-ful :)

Steel wheels have the potential to damage a hardwood or tile kitchen floor. Do not use adhesive or caulk on the butcher block due to expansion and contraction.
